This hotel seems family owned and they were so so sweet & helpful! I stay in a lot of inexpensive hotel/motels like this one as i travel on a budget a good bit… and I've never been happier- for the price! It's SUPER affordable BUT the beds are comfy and it's CLEAN! Those are the two most important things for me! The staff were amazing- they checked me in easily and effortlessly and they helped me switch rooms to a double bed at the last minute! They even had a simple nice continental breakfast each morning. I noticed basil planted in the rear and roses in the front- nice touches everywhere. Incense burning in the entry/lobby was awesome!! Location is awesome too close to airport and everything I needed! Thank you Regency Inn- definitely recommend.

the staff was the best part of my stay. I have stayed at Motel 6 in NRH recently and had the worst treatment ever. I was so happy that the staff here was smiling for one, super accomidating, and happy to assist me without any attitude. The place was comfy and perfect for my stay.

Bed was comfortable. Room had microwave and mini fridge which is convenient for left over food. In the room there is an iron and ironing board for professionals, also suit case rack and hanging shelf for hanging clothes. Room is not too big so I can get around OK.

We were stranded at DFW due to a late flight and had no where to go. Found availability at this hotel last minute and it exceeded our expectations. The staff at front desk was awesome and kind, understood our concerns and even provided us with an iPhone charger.
